If you've never heard about Polyphasic Sleep then you really need to check this out, because it can save you oodles of hours daily. What is Polyphasic Sleep? To give a simple definition, it's the act of decreasing the amount of hours that you sleep daily, which will in turn allow you to have more hours in the day for all of the things that you never seem to have time for, including spending time with family and friends, or maybe even getting that new home-based business started that you never seemed to have the time for before.
